OGKILS PH Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with OGKILS PH! We are committed to getting your badminton gear to you as quickly and securely as possible. Please review our shipping policy below.


Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Once your order has been prepared and is ready for dispatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.


Shipping Options & Rates

We offer the following shipping options based on your location:

1. Metro Manila - Same-Day Delivery via Lalamove

For customers within Metro Manila, we offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 3:00 PM (PHT) on business days.

  • Courier: Lalamove

  • Shipping Fee:

    • Orders ₱3,000 and above: The Lalamove delivery fee is FREE. We will shoulder the cost for you!

    • Orders below ₱3,000: The Lalamove delivery fee is shouldered by the buyer. The exact amount is based on the real-time rate calculated by the Lalamove app and must be paid directly to the rider upon arrival.

  • Booking: We will book the delivery once your order is confirmed and packed. We will coordinate with you via text or email regarding the rider's details and expected arrival.

2. Provincial (Outside Metro Manila) - Standard Delivery

For customers located outside of Metro Manila, we use reliable partner couriers to deliver your order.

  • Couriers: J&T Express or LBC Express

  • Shipping Fee: Shipping rates are automatically calculated upon checkout based on your delivery address and the package's weight and dimensions. The final shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your payment.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: Please allow 3 to 7 business days for your order to arrive. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your exact location and potential courier delays.


Order Tracking

For all provincial shipments (J&T or LBC), you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number once your order has been dispatched. You can use this number to track your package's status on the respective courier's website.

For Lalamove deliveries, you can track the rider's location in real-time through a link that we can provide upon request.


 Important Reminders

  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure that you provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including your barangay and a valid contact number. OGKILS PH is not responsible for shipment delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

  • Shipping Delays: While we strive to deliver your orders on time, please understand that OGKILS PH is not liable for delays caused by the courier, adverse weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

  • Failed Deliveries: In the event of a failed delivery attempt, the courier may attempt to redeliver. If the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipping fees.
